Find your Truth—and live it.
“Be defined by a vision of your future, not a memory of your past!” Invest in the energy of your future. “Dr. Joe Dispenza”
1. Meditate
Meditation is the most powerful tool for reconnecting with yourself and discovering who you are. It allows you to begin to see yourself truly see yourself. In the quiet space between the inhale and the exhale, exists the now, which is ever-expanding. It is the matrix of divinity, the alchemist of your expanding soul. Find the time to sit with your wise self and integrate the knowledge of your divinity and sovereignty.
2. List all the limiting beliefs you hold on to.
Ideas and thoughts prevent you from living life abundantly. These are the excuses you create for yourself, which block your purposeStatements like, “I’m too old, I’m too small, I’m not smart enough. Then ask yourself, “What are these limitations preventing me from doing?”
Release them.
3. Become the witness
Observe your thoughts, emotions, and actions periodically throughout the day. Then ask yourself, “Who is observing?” This is the Real you. See if you can step out of these experiences and become the witness to your own life.
4. Observe your breath.
Illusions take you into the past or the future; the Real you is in the NOW. Your breath can never be in the future or past; it’s always in the present. During the day, pause and be aware of your breath, especially during stressful moments of anxiety, sadness, or anger. We tend to breathe very shallowly at these times and go unconscious, so bring your awareness there and notice the rise and the fall of your chest as you take deep, calming breaths. The Breath is the bridge to our mastery of our emotions.
5. I am that, That I am.
Become a master of your thoughts and your words by understanding that you have the power to co-create with the Divine. Each thought becomes a feeling that becomes an action that creates your reality. Claiming I am before any phrase is powerful magic; our words can create spells that influence our perceptions that can either uplift or destroy.
6. Find your Truth—your purpose—and live it.
Finding your path to a life of purpose and truth is created by having a courageous heart and crossing “ The River of Change ”.
“To be happy with yourself in the present moment while maintaining a dream of your future is a grand recipe for manifestation. When you feel so whole that you no longer care whether “it” will happen, that’s when amazing things materialize before your eyes.” Joe Dispenza
