The Divine Hive proudly opened River Song House in 2022. 

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills, New York, just minutes from Woodstock, Saugerties, and Kingston, River Song House is a serene and inspiring retreat on the banks of the Esopus Creek. Originally built in the 1930s as a fisherman’s cottage, the home has been thoughtfully expanded into a spacious, stylish 5-bedroom, 2-bath sanctuary. Blending rustic charm with modern comforts, it’s the perfect setting for creative workshops, wellness retreats, team getaways, or peaceful vacations.

Set on private, tree-lined grounds that slope gently to the water, River Song offers guests a chance to slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Whether you're meditating on the deck, journaling by the riverbank, or gathering around the fire pit under a canopy of stars, the property invites reflection, connection, and creativity.

Inside, the main house features a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy yet elegant decor throughout. Cathedral ceilings, vintage leather couches, and a wall of windows frame tranquil views of the river. The 10-seat dining table, made from raw-edge Catskill pine, is perfect for shared meals and meaningful conversations.

The Bedrooms:

  • Bedroom 1: Primary suite with a king-size bed, smart TV, dresser, full-length mirror, and double closet

  • Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with large closet, dresser, and mirror

  • Bedroom 3: Full-size bed with ample storage and river-inspired charm

  • Bedroom 4: Cozy upstairs nook with a built-in 1930s original single bed

  • Bedroom 5: Light-filled bonus room with two single beds and water views

The Studio Space:
A separate structure houses a versatile yoga/meditation/gathering room, complete with an attached photography studio.

Fully insulated and equipped with its own heating and cooling system, this space can be rented with or without the main house, depending on your specific needs.
