Friday Gentle Yoga -42-year-long Yogini and Master Yoga Teacher, Nixa, opens the retreat with a yoga class designed to get the travel out of your bones and warm you into our retreat's embrace. For your mind, we will begin with the themed imaginings of big, courageous cats (the Lion's Gate 8/8/2+6=8) and the concept of portals to refine your infinite potential through the gate of the future.

Intention and Inner Guidance, as the space opens, we gather in a circle to enter a deeper layer of presence.

This is where we begin with the question of your why.

Not from the mind, but from the body.

You are invited to listen inwardly and name what is calling you here. asking what is ready to shift and what is ready to be seen. What is ready to be lived.

You will be guided through the I Am Flame meditation and automatic writing ceremony by Cosmic Shaman, Anjahlia, offering a space for inner truth to emerge and take form through language.

This experience begins with a guided I Am Threefold Flame meditation, a centering practice that supports the purification, balance, and harmonization of your soul’s original flame geometry. Through this process, you are invited to release identification with the ego and reconnect with your soul’s truth and creative blueprint.

SoulCollage® - Nixa

Soul Collage® is a creative expression method that uses images, intuition, and imagination to make 5x8 collages. Guided, instructed and inspired by our certified SoulCollage Facilitator, Nixa, we will use wordless, prepared images, torn and cut apart with the sound of scissors to be rearranged and put back together with the scent of glue, in new forms guided by the interior sight. We use emergent deep listening to voice and scribe these new energies in the safe enclosure of our poised threshold together, and we get the blessing of hearing back the profundity of our own inner guidance. We create clarity of self-understanding and skilled articulation that discover and express our wisdom into the world. You will make one or two collages to add to (or begin) your "deck" of many cards which can eternally be used as oracle and help from the inner source.No art experience necessary.All curious beings, lovers of the imagination and spiritual seekers are capable of this with 100's of 1000's of art making years accumulated in each of our DNA.

SHAMANTIC TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY - Anjahlia

You will take part in a Shamanic soul journey guided by Anjahlia, working within the energetic field of the Lion’s Gate 8:8 portal to support alignment with your true purpose, sovereignty, and expanded awareness.

This is a high-frequency group transmission designed to call in your soul at its deepest level. Through this guided journey, you will be invited into a direct relationship with your own inner landscape, moving beyond surface awareness and into a space where deeper truths can emerge.

Sunday Aroma Point Therapy® for Courage -Nixa

Aroma Point Therapy is a method that uses expertly curated sequences pairing specific essential oils with specific acu-points to effect healing. The inner nature of the distilled plant essences enters the meridian channels of the energy body by an anointing protocol and meditation. It is less physiological and much more about the quantum inner nature of ourselves and the plant codes, meeting like a resonant piece of music. Our Sunday session will be focused on using the plant codes and acupoints together for courage as we leave the enclosure of retreat and pass through the Lion's Gate -- and to help you stay on the path you've cleared on retreat -- at home.
